A broad background
I have been practicing law in the Rogue Valley for over a decade. I began my career as a Public Defender here in Medford Oregon in 2006. In 2007, I started working at the firm of Frohnmayer Deatherage, where I practiced Criminal law, Civil Litigation, and Family Law. After 10 years I decided it was time to start my own practice. I opened the doors of my own law office in January 2018. I am focusing my practice now on Family Law and Juvenile Law work.
I have litigated cases in almost every type of venue in the State of Oregon. I have tried cases before Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, many of the Circuit Courts in Southern Oregon and Federal Court. I have argued cases in bankruptcy court, Oregon Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This broad background of practice has allowed me to help clients in those difficult cases where many types of law can interconnect.

Family LAW
I handle all types of Family Law matters, these include Custody, Parenting Time, Child Support, Dissolution(Divorce), Property Division, Spousal Support and Restraining Orders. I work with clients in many different capacities. Some clients consult with me on a limited basis and some retaining to handle all aspects of their case. JUVENILE Law
I represent clients in both Juvenile Dependency (DHS) and Delinquency matters.
